Only damaged products are subject to exchange, about which a buyer should inform us through email email@example.com within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Products are only exchanged only if an incorrect size has been sent or a product is damaged., send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please make sure to check the size chart provided with each product to make sure you are ordering the correct size that fits your body.
To return your product, send us an email to email@example.com and we’ll provide the return address to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
